Yesterday, a friend who is close to me in age asked me if I felt like I was aging. The answer is yes, I am aging. But I've never felt younger, healthier or more energetic and for that, I am eternally grateful.

It's hard to deny that I am going gray. The smattering of white hairs on my head frequently make an unwelcome cameo in my photos.
